Terms of Service

By purchasing a commission or character from me, you are agreeing to these terms. Failure to comply will result in consequences.

Art/Commissions

I maintain rights to my own art. While I will always make it clear that I don't own the character and that commissioned art is in fact commissioned work, I have the rights to post my artwork and use it as examples. If you would like me not to however, you can request that I don't post your artwork on social media.

Please be able to pay the full price in a reasonable time. If you don't have enough money for a commission, I highly recommend to wait until you are financially stable enough. I don't require full payment up front, but I will not be giving the full piece until payment has been received.In addition, I can offer refunds depending on how far the commission has gone.

Permissions

I don't ask much of my commissioners, I try not to be too strict. Regarding this, if you don't follow my tos I won't be very forgiving.

  • post my commissions with credit

  • use my art for things like profile pictures, pagedolls, etc.

  • ask for changes during the commissioning process

  • it should be obvious, but don't trace my art or claim it as your own

  • use my artwork for personal profits

  • remove my watermark

  • try not to pester me too much to finish quickly. i do appreciate a reminder every once in a while, but please don't message me every day asking for updates

Designs

Any custom/adopt obtained from me has full rights as your character. You can make any story you'd like with them, create art of them, commission art of them, write anything of them, etc.
That being said, don't use my designs as an outlet for fetish/overly disturbing content. This includes things like insest, pedophelia, proshipping in general, racism, homo/transphobia, and sa.

You are allowed to resell/give away designs by me. My cooldown is 2 weeks, meaning you cannot get a design from me only to immediately resell it, you must wait 2 weeks.
If you obtained a design from me as a gift/raffle, you CANNOT sell them for monetary value, regardless of extra art added. If you obtained a design via art or character trade, you can sell for money as long as there is extra art of them and it is a reasonable price.

Permissions

You cannot claim the design as your own. If you purchased a custom from me, you may claim the character idea, but the design credits for that idea belongs to me.

  • ask for as many changes as you'd like if commissioning me for a custom

  • ask me for a redesign of the character

  • make slight edits to the design with my knowledge

  • make alternate versions of them

  • remove my credits

  • tracing over my linework to make your own version of the design

  • depending on the design, altering it to the point of being unrecognizable (mostly applies to species characters)

  • selling my designs to anyone on my blacklist

If you purchase a custom from me but decide to cancel, you will still need to give me partial credits if you decide to design the rest of the character yourself.

Blacklist

"How does someone get on your blacklist?"

It isn't easy to get on my blacklist, at least it shouldn't be. Just don't do anything that is against my tos and you should be fine.
That being said, the things people are most likely to get on my blacklist for doing are things such as trying to profit off of my work, not crediting me, using my artwork for disturbing/harmful content, and engaging with those on my blacklist such as giving my designs to them or commissioning work for them.
People can also be put on my blacklist for generally disrespecting me or other people. I don't tolerate such behavior.People on my blacklist are not allowed to obtain art or designs from me, regardless if it is directly from me or not.
