Terms of Service

By purchasing a commission or character from me, you are agreeing to these terms. Not following my TOS (or other artists') is a surefire way for me to decline working with you.

Art/Commissions

I maintain rights to my own art. I will always make it clear when I do not own characters I draw for commissions. I have the rights to post my artwork and use it as examples. If you would like me not to however, you can request that I don't post your commissioned artwork on social media. You can also request for me to tag you in the post (or for me not to!)

Please be able to pay the full price in a reasonable time. I typically take half payment after the sketch, and half once the piece is completed. Holds/payment plans can always be discussed, just keep me updated!In addition, I can offer refunds depending on how far the commission has gone. I may reach out personally if I feel that I cannot finish the commission in a reasonable time. A refund due to me cancelling will likely be in full unless I got very far (such as linework and beginning coloring).

Permissions

I try not to be too strict. I don't want to make commissioning me feel suffocating, but I do still have my own comforts.

  • post my commissions with credit

  • use my art for personal things like profile pictures, pagedolls, physical items, etc.

  • ask for changes during the commissioning process (with no charge unless I am completely starting over after significant progress)

  • if you commission a sketch/linework from me, you can color it in like a coloring book! Just keep credits clear

  • trace my art, claim it as your own, or use it for paid base fills (adopts are acceptable if I label my lines as a base)

  • do not put my art anywhere NEAR generative ai

  • use my artwork for personal profits

  • remove my watermark

  • dm me too excessively, please feel free to remind me if it's been more than a week however

Designs

Any custom/adopt obtained from me has full rights as your character. You can make any story you'd like with them, create art of them, commission art of them, write anything of them, etc.
That being said, I don't like my designs being used for extreme fetish/disturbing content.

You are allowed to resell/give away designs by me. I do request that at the very least you don't resell them for more than their original worth without some kind of extra work put into them. I won't really be strict with this, just be reasonable y'know.
I'm always happy to take my designs back! I hope to be able to offer a refund, but if not there's no obligation to give it back to me.

Permissions

You cannot claim the design as your own. If you purchased a custom from me, the character idea credits go to you, but the credits for the final product goes to me.

  • ask for as many changes as you'd like if commissioning me for a custom

  • ask me for a redesign of the character (which I will offer a discounted commission for)

  • make edits to the design (big ones are fine as long as im still given credit for the original)

  • make alternate versions of them

  • remove my/others' credits or make it very difficult to find

  • note that some of my designs belong to closed species/fantribes, and they may have rules against significant changes. always double check!
